Sticker and Suncatcher Questions
Are your stickers and suncatchers waterproof? Can I put them on my car?
Yes! All of our stickers and decals are vinyl, not paper. That means they're all water resistant, dish washer safe, and weather resistant! They're great to decorate water bottles, laptops, cars, and windows.
For suncatchers, we recommend placing them on a window surface that is able to "catch" sunlight. Suncatchers capture the sun rays to reflect or refract sunlight into rainbows. Placing them on a glass window will be best to enjoy all the beautiful rainbows it has to offer! You can also stick them on a framed glass so you can move it around to show off rainbows during different times of the year.
We recommend thoroughly cleaning the spot then letting it air dry before putting the sticker or suncatcher on to minimize the hand oils or dust that may reduce stickiness.
Can I restick the stickers and suncatchers? Would it leave a residue?
Yes, you should be able to peel and restick our stickers and suncatchers. Be very careful and peel slowly! Neither should leave a residue, but it really depends on how long you've had it on. If there is some residue, you can use a bit of rubbing alcohol or Goo Be Gone to wipe it off. Check out our video on how to remove a large sticker.
Can I personalize, add a word, or change the color to the sticker?
Right now, we can't modify any of our sticker designs. We partner with a professional printing workshop with big, fancy printing machines so we can give you the highest vinyl sticker quality. This means we can't print just one sticker. :( We hope to be able to change that in the future!
I have a sticker idea, can you make it? Do you take custom orders?
We love hearing ideas! It's our goal to have as many designs as possible for all the movies in the entire Disney/ Pixar/ Marvel universe. It's a lofty goal, but we're working on it and we welcome all suggestions! The more requests a character or movie has, the higher it goes on my "List" to design.
While we can take suggestions here, we can't take any custom orders on stickers because we partner with a professional printing workshop with big, fancy printing machines. This means we can't print just one custom-made design.
Shipping Questions
Do you have Free Shipping?
Yes! Our stickers, suncatchers, and prints always ship free via untracked USPS First Class letter mail.
For everything else and all orders over $35, we offer free shipping within the continental US via tracked USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you have International Shipping? How much is it?
We do have an international shipping option. You will be able to see the estimated shipping costs once you have the items you wish to purchase in your cart. Due to the volume of lost international orders, we now use tracked USPS shipping for everything- yes, that includes sticker orders that use an envelope. To help with shipping costs, we recommend searching for package consolidation companies that service your area, combining your order with a friend, or saving up to place one large order.
Your country may also collect a custom's fee for international packages that you may have to pay to have the package released. This is not something we personally control or collect, and I would recommend looking into the custom laws in your country if you're curious how much the fee is (if there is one). If the package is return to us because the customs fees were not paid, or the package was never picked up, we are happy to reship it if you cover our shipping. Or we can issue a refund minus the shipping fee and a restocking fee.

Where are you located? Can I come pick up?
We are located in Pasadena, California! If you are local and would like to pick up, send us a message with your order and we can schedule a Pick Up day once your order is ready and completed.
Our Pick Ups can be contact-free upon request! We'll message you once your order is ready for pick up. Once you get that notification, text me your ETA. We can arrange to leave your order at our door or if you pick up during our business hours, we can hand it to you directly.
My package tracking says "Delivered" but it's not here!
We see this happen frequently, and usually, the post office either scanned the package early or got stacked in the incorrect piles. Most of the time, it usually shows up in a week! We recommend waiting at least 1 week to give a chance for your mail carrier to deliver it safely.
For most sticker, prints, or suncatcher orders under ~$50, we use untracked, regular USPS envelope mail. We use a 4"x6" or 5"x7" or 9"x6" envelope and sometimes our smaller-than-normal-sized envelope gets hidden in a big stack of mail. We recommend keeping an eye out and shaking through those big advertisement mailers in case it was stuck in between those. If it doesn’t show up in one week, let us know and we will try our best to help.
Where's my order? When is it shipping?
Sticker, hair accessories, and stationary orders ship out within 4-7 business days. We ship out all magic mail in the order we receive them, so keep that in mind if you need an item before a certain time.
We are a small team of Fairies working around the clock, nonstop all days of the week! Our Fairy team is here 5 days a week along with my sister, Lenny and I helping with all hands on deck to make sure everything runs smoothly. We hope you understand any delays we might run into; we are really trying our best!
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All of our packages ship out via USPS unless a different option is selected by you at check out. We are located in California, so depending on where you live, USPS can take anywhere from 5-7 business days in normal situations. We do see some packages take a little longer, up to 10 or even 15 days. It all depends on the county you live in and the post office servicing your area.
How do I track my order? Can I add tracking to my order?
By default, our sticker orders do not have USPS tracking included. Keychain, accessories, and stationery items ship via tracked USPS mail.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include a tracked shipping number, you may do that on the checkout page!
Order Questions
Can I change my address or modify my existing order?
Yes! Send us a message or email at fairies@wishuponmagic.com with your order number and let us know what we can help you with. If the order hasn't shipped out yet, we should be able to help you out.
Can I add items to my existing order?
To keep you safe, we do not store or keep any of your payment methods- ever! That means we can't change or charge your account for any additional items to add to your order. You will have to place a second, separate order for that item instead. If you send us a message afterwards, we can ship them together best we can.
I placed multiple orders, can I combine them to ship together?
Send us a message with your order numbers and we will try our best to combine multiple orders. It's not a guarantee because we have different Shipping Fairies packing different orders. Sometimes we flutter around so fast, it's hard to keep track of everything. We'd rather be confident you receive your orders rather than risking the possibility of a mix up!
How do I replace or refund my order?
Oh no! If we made a mistake on your order or something arrived broken during mail transit, please email us at fairies@wishuponmagic.com with a photo and a quick message of what went wrong. Our awesome Fix-It Fairies (haha, get it? Like Fix-It Felix from Wreck It Ralph!) will do their best to help and assist.
Do you have a code I can use?
We have automatic freebies added to your cart on purchases over $15 and at additional increments. Freebies are random and changes seasonally! Please note that the freebies only are automatically added to your cart only through purchasing via the website platform. This means if you shop through the Shop App, Instagram, or Facebook platforms, the freebies will not be automatically added.
Out of Stock/ Restock Questions
Will this item restock again?
Yes, keep checking our Instagram @WishUponMagic for announcements! Also click on the "Notify Me" Button on the item's page to be added onto the waitlist for the item. Once the waitlist reaches a certain volume of people, we usually will do a flash reprint of out of stock items. Those who are on the waitlist will receive a notification first that the item has been restocked.
Can I place a pre-order for an out-of-stock item?
Currently, we do not accept pre-orders. All items are on a first come, first serve basis. Those who have clicked on the "Notify Me" button will get a notification first when a design returns.
Other Questions
Why do you have both an Etsy store and this website? What's the difference and which one should I buy from?
We have both a Wish Upon Magic Etsy store and this website because we first started on Etsy in 2017! You might notice that our prices on our website here a little lower than Etsy. This is because Etsy charges a lot more fees for the small shops to be on their Etsy platform. By having our own website, we are able to avoid those crazy fees and offer lower prices for everyone. That's a win-win by our Fairybooks!
Can I buy in bulk?
Yup! We do have minimum quantity requirements and a minimum time requirement to give us adequate time to prep. Please contact us at fairies@wishuponmagic.com with all the details and we can see whether or not we can accommodate your order!
